1st hour @ $300, 2nd hour @ $200, each additional hour @ $150
Help your photographer: if the photographer knows what's suppose to happen he can then foresee things and get the best shoots. You want the best photo-coverage, so save him some stress :-)
- Event:WHAT? (event type, occasion...)
- Event:WHY? (event goal, message you want to convey...)
- Event:WHERE? (address, place rules, lightning...)
- Event:WHEN? (date/time, estimated duration, time-line (John's speech is around 16:30, then)...)
- Event:WHO? (guest number, list of VIP you want a special focus on, staff/group pictures...)
- Event:HOW? (dressing code, specific shoots list, other vendors contacts (catering, DJ, performances, lightning, videography...))
Social Media: beside the high resolution versions posted on my website for client download, I also often post a web-version with both my watermark and the client logo on my Facebook page. Clients appreciate that free after-event buzz. If you want the pictures on your own Facebook page you can give me administrator rights just for the time to upload your albums there, or get a disk burnt with the images.
